London to Dubrovnik Flights: Winter 2026-27 and Summer 2027

Nonstop London to Dubrovnik takes about 2h40. In winter 2026-27 Ryanair flies Stansted on Fridays and Sundays; easyJet and BA pause from December.

The nonstop from London to Dubrovnik (DBV) takes about 2 hours 40 minutes, and the airport you fly from changes with the season. In winter 2026-27 it’s Stansted with Ryanair on Fridays and Sundays, from 25 October 2026 to late March 2027. Gatwick has easyJet and British Airways flights only until the end of November, and easyJet returns on 13 February 2027. Heathrow is a summer airport on this route. Those dates come from Dubrovnik Airport’s winter schedule and Ryanair’s own timetable, both checked on 24 October 2026. For summer 2027 Ryanair’s timetable has a Stansted flight every day from Sunday 28 March 2027, and Jet2 has Dubrovnik on sale from Stansted for summer 2027 too.

Winter is where the route gets awkward. From 30 November to 12 February, Ryanair is the only airline with London flights in the airport’s table, and it flies two days a week. Plan the trip around those days and it works; start from a calendar date and it often doesn’t.

Which London airport flies to Dubrovnik

Gatwick (LGW)easyJet, British Airways (flown as BA Euroflyer), TUIeasyJet on Tuesdays to 24 November and Saturdays to 28 November, then again from 13 February 2027; BA on Fridays and Sundays to 29 November; TUI on Thursday 29 OctobereasyJet and BA every day in peak summer, TUI on Thursdays and Sundays
Stansted (STN)Ryanair, Jet2Ryanair on Sundays to 21 March and on Fridays (30 October to 18 December, then 1 January to 26 March); Jet2’s last flights on 31 October and 1 NovemberRyanair six days a week (not Wednesdays), Jet2 on four days
Heathrow (LHR)British AirwaysOne flight, on Saturday 31 OctoberBA every day except Sunday from mid-May to late September

Luton and London City appear in neither the winter nor the summer table, so for Dubrovnik “London” means Gatwick, Stansted or Heathrow. On the winter picture the airport is explicit: Ryanair keeps its London route running through the winter, while British Airways takes a break after November and returns in March (Dubrovnik Airport news, 15 October 2026). In the winter table Heathrow appears once, on Saturday 31 October, a week into the season.

Winter 2026-27: Fridays, Sundays and a gap

Ryanair’s timetable sets the rhythm from December to mid-February. Out of Stansted, flights leave Sundays at 15:00 and land at 18:40, and leave Fridays at 16:55 and land at 20:35. Back from Dubrovnik, they leave Fridays at 21:00 and Sundays at 19:05. Times are local, and Croatia is an hour ahead of the UK. A few autumn and spring days run at other hours, such as Wednesday 4 November, so read the date you’re buying, not this paragraph.

Fridays stop for Christmas. The last one before it is 18 December, there’s no Friday flight on 25 December, and they restart on 1 January. Sundays carry on through 20 and 27 December until 21 March. Ryanair’s list also has odd extra days at the edges, like Wednesday 24 March, that are easy to miss.

Build the trip around the two days. Friday out and Sunday back gives two nights and one full day, and the 19:05 departure means leaving the Old Town by mid-afternoon. A week is Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday, and Sunday out with Friday back gives five nights. The late landing matters too: Platanus says its airport bus leaves about 30 minutes after every arrival, every day, and takes about 30 minutes to Ploče Gate, so a Friday 20:35 landing means the bus around 21:05 and Ploče Gate at about 21:35 if everything runs on time. Tell the hotel you’re coming late.

Between 30 November and 12 February nothing else fills the gaps. The Feast of St Blaise on 2-3 February 2027 falls inside that window, on a Tuesday and a Wednesday with no London nonstop; Feast of St Blaise in Dubrovnik plans the trip around the Sunday and Friday flights. British Airways’ Gatwick flights end on Sunday 29 November, easyJet’s table restarts with Saturday 13 February and Tuesday 16 February, and Jet2 stops on 1 November. If you need a Monday or Wednesday in that window, or a Saturday from 4 January 2027, look at the connection via Zagreb below.

One caution about the evidence. easyJet’s own site wouldn’t show us its timetable when we checked on 24 October 2026, so the easyJet dates rest on the airport’s file, which itself says airlines can change their timetables. November and February are the months to re-check.

How long the flight takes

Ryanair’s own times work out to 2 hours 40 minutes going out in winter and 2 hours 50 minutes coming back, once you allow for the hour between the clocks: 15:00 to 18:40 out, 21:00 to 22:50 back. The summer 2027 times it has published give 2 hours 35 minutes outbound (17:00 to 20:35 in early June, for instance). Those are timetable times, not a promise, so on the day the airline’s page for your flight has the final word.

Summer 2027: what we could read

Ryanair’s timetable has a Stansted flight every day from Sunday 28 March 2027, and its date picker offered dates up to Saturday 30 October 2027 on 24 October 2026. Times move around the clock: departures at 07:00 and 08:00, a mid-morning one at 10:50, and late ones that land after midnight, like the 20:45 on Wednesday 2 June 2027 that arrives at 00:20.

Jet2’s own summer 2027 announcement lists Dubrovnik among its destinations from Stansted, but its flight pages didn’t open for us, so we have no Jet2 days or times. We couldn’t read summer 2027 dates from easyJet, British Airways or TUI, and Dubrovnik Airport had not published a 2027 summer table on 24 October 2026; its schedule page lists winter 2026/27 and summer 2026 only. The summer 2026 table shows the likely shape: Gatwick with easyJet, BA and TUI, Stansted with Ryanair and Jet2, and BA from Heathrow. Apart from Ryanair and Jet2, it’s a pattern that may or may not repeat.

On price, the only airline fares we read directly were Ryanair’s. Its fare finder gave these floors for a one-way seat from Stansted on 24 October 2026:

MonthCheapest one-way fare listedOn
December 2026£14.99Friday 4 December
February 2027£26.99Friday 12 February
March 2027£38.99Friday 5 March
June 2027£42.39Tuesday 29 June
August 2027£60.99Tuesday 31 August

Those are the cheapest day of each month for one adult, not prices for your dates, and they’ll have moved by the time you read this. Check what the fare includes before you compare it with anything else. The pattern is the useful part: the December floor is about a quarter of the August one.

When the nonstop day doesn’t fit: via Zagreb

Croatia Airlines sells Heathrow to Dubrovnik via Zagreb on one booking. On its London page, Heathrow-Zagreb flies Monday, Wednesday and Friday all year, with a Saturday added from 4 January to 27 March 2027. The airport’s winter table has Croatia Airlines flying Zagreb-Dubrovnik every day of the week, including a 22:00 arrival that runs daily from 31 December to 27 March. The second leg runs on every date in the table except Friday 25 December 2026, so check the connection time on your own day before you pay; Zagreb to Dubrovnik compares that flight with the bus and the drive. For a Monday, Wednesday or Saturday landing in January, this is the route; Tuesdays and Thursdays have no Heathrow-Zagreb flight on that page.

For Split as well, fly into one city and out of the other. London to Split flights covers the Split side, and Split or Dubrovnik helps decide which one is your base.

Passport control for UK travellers

A UK passport needs no visa for a short stay, but it’s a non-EU passport, so the EU’s Entry/Exit System applies at the Croatian border. Our Croatia entry requirements guide, checked on 7 August 2026, covers what first registration involves, where the self-service kiosks are and why ETIAS isn’t something to buy yet. This is the rule that moves without notice, so look at the official EU traveller pages again before you fly.

From the terminal to the Old Town

Landing isn’t arriving. The airport is at Čilipi, southeast of the city, and the Platanus bus, the taxi and the app rides are compared in Dubrovnik Airport to the Old Town. A late winter landing on a Friday is when a car booked in advance makes the most sense, especially if your bed is near Pile or out in Lapad, since the Platanus bus stops only at Ploče Gate and Gruž.

In the Old Town you’ll be on foot whatever you hire, so book a car only for the days you head out of Dubrovnik. Where to stay in Dubrovnik shows which neighbourhoods work without one, and Croatia in winter covers what’s open in the cold months.
